Robert Vamosi at Cnet says the new version is no different from the previous build
. He is wrong.
There are many CSS rendering improvements on the original release.
It still doesn't work using WindowBlinds, the UI is still butt ugly and it doesn't handle some CSS Pseudo-elements at all well.
However...it does deal with height and width (min/max) a lot better.
I have only used it to cruise a few sites and am impressed with how it now deals with elastic layouts. Well worth another look.
Update:
It seems that this is as good as it gets for IE7.
