New York schools play Cricket

Playing a Sport With Balls and Bats, but No Pitcher - New York Times

the Department of Education inaugurated cricket as its newest league sport, with about 600 high school students playing on 14 teams during a 12-game season

Great to see cricket being introduced at school level and I hope it takes off.
It might be a while before we see USA playing Australia in a 5 day World Cup Test.
