Both page cleaners deliver some haphazard results with blog posts. Tidy Read does a better job of rendering multiple posts.

Both offer customisation for the rendered page, though TidyRead's options are always available via a toolbar.
Readability requires that you set your page preference by visiting their Settings page.

Bottom line, they both offer a solution to page clutter and visual stress.

Visit the Readability Preferences site, establish an "eye comforting" setting and add the bookmarklet to your browser.
