Sprout Builder

Sprout Builder is out of beta and available to one and all.
If your into creating your own multimedia presentation that you can post and share then give it a spin.

Sprout is a quick and easy way for beginner and pro users to create living content including, websites, banners, videos, music, photos, RSS feeds, calendars and more.

Adam Ostrow has a detailed article highlighting improvements since beta and some good examples.
