The Packing Room prize gives the Gallery staff who receive the entries for Archibald the chance to vote for their favourite Archibald portrait. This is the Gallery’s head storeman, Steve Peters’ 25th Archibald Prize and his 18th Packing Room Prize

Can you tell me what date or year Jackson painted Flacco portrait. I need to know for a school assignment. I know what year he won the prize for it.

Hi, tried to email you but without success.
Any painting in the competition must be painted in the year before it and must be entered by Feb so...
the closest I can estimate is that Jackson painted Flacco in 2008
It was painted in two sittings however I cannot source specific dates in 2008.

I reckon it likely an oil painting...
