			<description>Oh gawd.  Acronyms belong in caps - no question.  Like, if a pirate saw a Seal the pirate could either eat it or break it and plunder that which was inside.  OTOH if the pirate saw a SEAL the pirate just died.&lt;br /&gt;

I also like space space between sentences.  Used to hack web page editors to NOT remove the properly-used second space.  Now I'm more tolerant of that one, so perhaps one day I'll be okay with referring to a head of state as &quot;that guy from {{country name}}&quot;.
